Content Contextualization
Description
The Content Contextualization package is designed for businesses that want to make their website content easier for AI-powered search engines, answer platforms, and large language models to interpret, summarize, and reference accurately. It builds on the technical foundation of GEO by improving how your expertise, services, topics, and brand messaging are structured throughout the website.
This package includes Answer Engine Optimization, which organizes important website content around clear questions, concise answers, definitions, supporting details, and useful factual information. This structure helps make your content easier for both users and AI systems to understand when responding to relevant searches and questions.
The package also includes Semantic SEO and topic cluster development. Related services, customer questions, supporting articles, and industry concepts are strategically connected to strengthen topical relationships and reinforce your expertise. This creates a clearer information architecture that helps search engines and generative systems understand how different areas of your website relate to one another.
Content context optimization improves headings, summaries, FAQs, terminology, page relationships, and internal linking to make important information easier to interpret. Entity and expertise signals are also strengthened by clearly connecting your business with relevant services, locations, experience, authorship, and other trust-building information.
Brand messaging is reviewed for consistency so your positioning, terminology, value propositions, and key attributes are communicated more clearly across your website.
A Dedicated Account Manager coordinates content priorities, implementation, reviews, and ongoing GEO strategy.
Best For: Businesses that already have an established website and want to strengthen topical authority, improve AI understanding, and increase their potential visibility within generative search and answer-driven experiences.

Service Workflow & Implementation Process
We take a methodical, data-driven approach to configuring your website for the AI-search era. Here is how our GEO service is executed:

- Entity & Schema Deployment: We integrate robust JSON-LD markup and structured data directly into your Duda website framework to explicitly define your business details.
- Semantic Content Enhancement: We optimize your page copy and layout structures, converting standard text into high-clarity, citable formats favored by answer engines.
- Citation & Presence Verification: We test your business queries across major AI platforms to verify how your brand is summarized and referenced.
- Continuous Adaptation: As AI search algorithms and LLM behaviors evolve, we proactively adjust your site architecture to maintain peak visibility and citation strength.
Pricing Policies
Service Scope & Monthly Retainers
- Flat-Rate Retainer Model: Our generative engine optimization services are structured as a predictable, flat monthly investment billed on a recurring basis to support ongoing AI citation tracking, brand entity tuning, and generative search visibility audits.
- Defined Deliverables: Each tier of GEO management clearly outlines the scope of monthly conversational search analyses, structured data enhancements, brand authority optimization across AI models, and routine reporting included.
Contract Term & Renewal
- Initial Agreement Term: Generative engine optimization agreements operate on an initial 12-month term starting from the date of purchase. This commitment allows our team to establish baseline AI index metrics, implement deep entity structures, and execute long-term conversational search growth strategies.
- Month-to-Month Transition: Upon the expiration of the initial 12-month term, the agreement automatically transitions to a flexible, month-to-month arrangement unless a new fixed-term agreement is established or written notice of cancellation is provided in accordance with our terms.
Billing & Payment Terms
- Recurring Billing: Monthly generative engine optimization fees are billed automatically via credit card or approved automated clearing house (ACH) on the same recurring billing cycle date each month until cancelled.
- Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, a grace period of 5 business days is provided to update payment details. If payment remains unresolved after 5 days, active AI tracking evaluations, entity updates, and optimization tasks may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.
Additional Support & Out-of-Scope Requests
- Included vs. Additional Work: Routine AI search monitoring, entity updates, and conversational visibility tracking outlined in your tier fall entirely within the standard monthly agreement.
- Ad-Hoc Development & Custom Work: Major custom web redesigns, comprehensive code overhauls, or extensive software engineering projects requested outside the scope of your GEO plan are billed separately at our standard agency hourly rates or handled via a separate project statement of work.
Cancellation & Termination
- Post-Term Cancellation: Following the completion of the initial 12-month term, either party may terminate the month-to-month agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Early Termination (During the 12-Month Term): Because our AI indexing frameworks, entity optimization structures, and resource allocations are built around a committed annual strategy, early cancellation prior to the expiration of the 12-month term requires payment of 50% of the remaining balance for the unexpired portion of the contract.
