Custom Project Pricing

• Fixed-Scope Approach: Rather than open-ended hourly billing that creates financial unpredictability, our web design and e-commerce projects are set as a fixed project fee tied to a clearly defined per-page scope of work.

Contract Term & Renewal

• Initial Agreement Term: Web design service agreements operate on a 24-month term starting from the date of purchase.
• Month-to-Month Transition: Upon the expiration of the initial 24-month term, the agreement automatically transitions to a flexible, month-to-month arrangement unless a new fixed-term agreement is established or written notice of cancellation is provided in accordance with our terms.

Scope Changes & Change Orders

• Defined Boundaries: Our project proposals explicitly detail what is included in the build.
• Additional Requests: Any new features, structural page additions, or functional modifications requested after development has commenced are handled via a formal Change Order. These adjustments are billed separately at our standard agency rates and require written authorization before work proceeds.

Ongoing Maintenance and Infrastructure Add-ons

Web design pricing covers the creation, development, and launch of your digital asset. Ongoing operational support and infrastructure requirements are managed separately:

• Website Management: Comprehensive ongoing maintenance—including security updates, performance monitoring, and on-site SEO optimization—is contracted independently on a monthly or annual retainer basis subject to the contract terms outlined above.

Project Delays & Cancellation

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any payment received is non-refundable to cover initial architectural planning and resource allocation. Any extra hours or milestones completed beyond the value will be billed accordingly.
• Stalled Projects: If a project remains stalled for more than 30 consecutive days due to a lack of client feedback, asset submission, or communication, Muskogee Web Design reserves the right to issue an interim invoice for completed work or reschedule development bandwidth.

Billing & Payment Terms

• Recurring Billing: Monthly fees are billed automatically via credit card or approved automated clearing house (ACH) on the same recurring billing cycle date each month until cancelled.
• Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, a grace period of 5 business days is provided to update payment details. If payment remains unresolved after 5 days, the website may be deactivated until the account is brought current.

Ensuring a Smooth Workflow and Successful Launch

To ensure your web design project is executed efficiently and results in a high-performing digital storefront, we rely on a few key contributions from your team throughout the development process:

• Content & Asset Provision: Supplying necessary business copy, service descriptions, product descriptions and product images, team bios, and media assets (such as high-resolution imagery and your vector logo) within agreed timelines.
• Timely Feedback & Reviews: Providing constructive feedback, revision notes, and design sign-offs during the wireframe and staging review phases to keep the project on schedule.
• Domain & DNS Access: Providing necessary administrative cooperation or registrar access to connect your custom domain name to your new website prior to launch.
• Collaborative Communication: Designating a primary point of contact for project communications to ensure clear alignment, rapid decision-making, and a seamless development cycle.
