Description

The Web Management Website Care package is designed for businesses that need reliable, ongoing website support without the complexity of a full optimization program. It helps keep your website secure, functional, current, and professionally maintained so you can focus on running your business while your website continues to support customers and generate opportunities.

This package includes managed website hosting and ongoing platform oversight, helping ensure your site remains available, stable, and properly maintained. Routine website updates are also included for minor changes such as text edits, image replacements, link updates, service information, and other essential content adjustments.

Website health is regularly monitored to identify issues that could affect usability or customer experience. This includes reviewing important website functions such as contact forms, navigation, links, and other key features. Basic performance monitoring also helps identify concerns related to uptime, loading performance, or general site functionality.

The Website Care package includes ongoing security and platform maintenance where applicable, along with regular website backups to provide an additional layer of protection and recovery support. These services help reduce the risk of outdated content, broken functionality, or neglected website issues negatively affecting your business.

You will also have a Dedicated Account Manager who serves as your primary point of contact for website requests, questions, and ongoing support. This provides a clear communication path and helps ensure updates are coordinated efficiently.

  • Pricing Policies

    Service Scope & Monthly Retainers

    • Flat-Rate Model: Our website management services are structured as a predictable, flat monthly investment billed on a recurring basis, ensuring continuous protection, optimization, and expert oversight for your digital asset.
    • Defined Deliverables: Each tier of website management clearly defines the scope of active support, security patching, backup frequency, and routine maintenance hours included each month.

    Contract Term & Renewal

    • Initial Agreement Term: Website management agreements operate on an initial 12-month term starting from the date of purchase. This commitment allows our team to implement comprehensive security baselines, establish routine monitoring, and execute long-term performance optimization.
    • Month-to-Month Transition: Upon the expiration of the initial 12-month term, the agreement automatically transitions to a flexible, month-to-month arrangement unless a new fixed-term agreement is established or written notice of cancellation is provided in accordance with our terms.

    Billing & Payment Terms

    • Recurring Billing: Monthly management fees are billed automatically via credit card or approved automated clearing house (ACH) on the same recurring billing cycle date each month until cancelled.
    • Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, a grace period of 5 business days is provided to update payment details. If payment remains unresolved after 5 days, active monitoring, updates, and maintenance tasks may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.

    Additional Support & Out-of-Scope Requests

    • Included vs. Additional Work: Routine maintenance and security updates fall entirely within the standard monthly agreement.
    • Ad-Hoc Development: Major custom development, design overhauls, or extensive content additions requested outside the scope of your management plan are billed separately at our standard agency hourly rates or handled via a separate project statement of work.

    Cancellation & Termination

    • Post-Term Cancellation: Following the completion of the initial 12-month term, either party may terminate the month-to-month agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
    • Early Termination (During the 12-Month Term): Because our pricing is structured around a committed annual infrastructure and resource allocation, early cancellation prior to the expiration of the 12-month term requires payment of 50% of the remaining balance for the unexpired portion of the contract.

  • Customer Responsibilities

Ensuring Smooth Maintenance and Ongoing Security

To help us keep your website secure, fast, and operating at peak performance year-round, we rely on a few key responsibilities from your team:

    • Routine Update Submissions: Providing minor content, text, or image update requests clearly through our designated communication channels.
    • Third-Party Access Cooperation: Maintaining cooperative access or providing prompt credentials if third-party accounts (such as domain registrars, business emails, or payment gateways) require reconfiguration.
    • Avoiding Unauthorized Alterations: Refraining from making unauthorized backend changes, installing unvetted code injections, or modifying core site frameworks that could compromise site security or performance.
    • Prompt Communication: Responding in a timely manner to critical system notifications, security advisories, or account verifications regarding your website's operational status.
